Parents

Ok, taniiia-alva got me to want to draw Ophelia and Avela's parents when she told me she was designing Eli's dad. And then it just continued on a set of parents that I've wanted to design for a while. So here we have Zacharias' mother, Zillah, Ophelia and Avela's parents, Nina and Gael, and Flore, Candide and Luc's mother, Helene.

    Zillah is a descendant of notably Glip and Mina. She was married and had three children when she met and had an affair with Zacharias's father. Shortly after she accidentally fell pregnant, her husband found out about her affair. Zillah was incredibly lucky and in a way unlucky her husband did not leave her. However, it did not mean that he would accept Zacharias as a part of the family. In a way, it would have much been better for both her and her son if she had left, but she never was able to and did try a few times. Zillah would later pass away from illness when Zacharias is twelve.

    Nina and Gael are two Bontarian restaurant owners. Nina's parents however immigrated from Sufokia. Nina is a strict mother to her daughters while Gael is more easy going, though both are very loving parents to Ophelia and Avela. Their restaurant is located in the center of Bonta and is extremely popular among the public as well as tourists. Ophelia certainly takes a lot from her mother's personality, and both are not supportive about Avela seeing the Brakmarian Royal Secretary. However, Gael, although skeptic said he would give the man a chance.

    Helene is the ultimate golddigger. A femme fatale, she will marry the next richer guy that takes interest in her and she reached her full potential when marrying the brother of the Enirispan Queen, the father of Candide and Luc, making her a Duchess. She has a complicated relationship with her daughters but very much plays favorites with Luc.
